How to Get to Jamsil Indoor Stadium
Check how to get to the venue — no getting lost!
1. Subway
•
Nearest Station: Line 2 Sports Complex Station, Line 9 Sports Complex Station

Via Line 2 (Recommended Route):

Use elevator at Exit 6 → approx. 10-min walk
◦
Route: Take elevator at Exit 6 → continue straight → crosswalk in the middle of the sidewalk → pedestrian road (green markings on ground) → cross the first crosswalk (toward the Star Street sculpture), then turn right and go straight → arrive at the Stadium
◦
Accessibility Info: Mostly flat — recommended for manual wheelchair users.

Note: Vehicles pass alongside the pedestrian road, so please stay alert while moving.

Via Line 9 (Outdoor Route):

Use elevator next to Exit 9 → approx. 10–15 min walk

Route: Exit elevator → continue straight → crosswalk at intersection (has a pedestrian island in the middle) → head in the 2 o’clock direction and continue straight → reach East Gate → cross crosswalk → arrive at Stadium

Accessibility Info: Outdoor route — paving stone surface is somewhat uneven.

1. Entrances and Entry Routes

For wheelchair seating, use the elevator near Entrance 2-3 (to the right of the main entrance)
•
The sidewalk in front of the main entrance has older paving blocks and may be somewhat uneven

No level changes or steps on the path to the elevator

Sightlines: A low railing is present, but it generally does not obstruct the view when seated.

However, if the audience in front stands up, portions of the view may be partly blocked depending on height difference

The ground surface at the entrance to the women's restroom is uneven and in poor condition, but wheelchair access is still possible.
3. Wheelchair Seating Ticket Pickup & Entry

A ticket booth is located to the left of Entrance 2-3.

Wheelchair seating tickets require an on-site exchange. Please go to the ticket booth first, then proceed to the elevator.

If the area is crowded, please do not hesitate to ask a staff member for assistance.

1. Wheelchair Seating Sightline Tips
Watching from a seated position is possible as the railing is not too high. However, if the audience members in front stand up, portions of the view may be blocked depending on height difference. If desired, you may wish to bring a cushion to adjust your seating height.

2. Accessibility Staff On-site

Accessibility staff will be on-site starting 4 hours before the show for all 3 concert days.

Accessibility Staff:

These staff members are dedicated to supporting disabled and mobility-impaired audience members for a safe and enjoyable concert experience.

Staff will be spread throughout the venue. If no accessibility staff member is nearby, ask a general venue staff member for accessibility help — they'll contact an accessibility staff member for you.

Accessibility staff will wear a brightly colored vest labeled "Accessibility Staff".
3. Support Services Available

Mobility Support: Accessibility staff are on-site from 2 hours before the show until after it ends, helping with movement and guiding you to your seat.
