 How to Get to Goyang Stadium

1. Subway & GTX-A

Nearest stations: Line 3 Daehwa Station, GTX-A Kintex Station
Daehwa Station (Line 3):
Exit 3: Elevator available–closest and most direct route to the venue
Exit 4: Elevator and powered wheelchair charger
Walking distance: About 650m from exit 3, flat sidewalk — approx. 10–12 minutes on foot
Accessibility tip:
Exit 3 is recommended for wheelchair users
The route is mostly flat with wide sidewalks, making it relatively easy for wheelchair travel
Kintex Station (GTX-A):
Exit 1: Shuttle bus stop
Exit 2: Public bus stop point, elevator available
To the venue:
By shuttle: Exit 1, shuttle available from 15:00
By bus: Exit 2, close to the bus stop
On foot: About 30–40 minute walk, taking the bus is recommended.
Accessibility tip:
The walking path to the venue is long and includes uneven pavement. For easier and safer travel, taking a low-floor bus is recommended.

Accessibility tip:
If coming from Kintex Station, taking a bus is highly recommended.
Buses without low-floor service: Shuttle bus, M-series, 1000, 1001, 1500, 3800, 9700, 100
Most other bus routes(lines) offer low-floor buses (Check real-time low-floor bus info via the Naver Map app)
Direct Bus from Incheon International Airport
Take Bus 3300 for a direct ride to the venue
Terminal 1: Gate 9B
Terminal 2: B1F Bus Stop

  Goyang Stadium Facilities

1. Main Gate

The closest entrances to the wheelchair-accessible seats are EAST Gates 1 to 4.

2. Accessible Restrooms and Facilities

Accessible restrooms at Sono Arena:
Near 1-2 entrance :
Wheelchair-accessible male and female restrooms located inside general restrooms
Next to CU :
Wheelchair-accessible male and female restrooms located separately from general restrooms
Restrooms near wheelchair seating at Goyang Stadium:
Near Sections E3–E2: Accessible male and female restrooms available
Near Sections E4–E5: Accessible male and female restrooms available

3. Wheelchair Tickets and Entry

Guests with disabilities or limited mobility may request assistance at YG Information Center. A staff member will guide you from the ticket booth to your seat.
Please check the color indicated on your ticket and follow the matching gate signs.
Wheelchair seating is located near E Gates, which are marked in red on both your ticket and venue signage.
Please exchange your ticket for a physical one at the ticket booth, then proceed to E Gate for entry.

4. Accessibility Assistance – Request in Advance

If you need accessibility assistance, please submit the request form [LINK] at least 24 hours before the concert.
 Sensory Bags are also available at the YG Information Center upon request.
*Sensory Bags are support kits designed to help individuals with sensory sensitivities—such as those on the autism spectrum, with developmental disabilities, or heightened sensory responses—feel more comfortable during the concert.
Contents may include: Noise-canceling headset, Sunglasses for light sensitivity, Sensory regulation tools (e.g., stress strings, fidget toys)

5. Additional Information for Wheelchair Users

Wheelchair Seating Visibility
Weather Preparedness (Rain & Heat)
As this is an open-air venue, we recommend preparing appropriately for weather conditions. Please adjust based on your personal needs.
In case of rain:
Rain poncho for power wheelchairs or mobility devices, Blanket or cover to stay warm after rain (One rain poncho per person will be provided by the organizer in the event of rain)
In case of extreme heat:
Handheld fan, ice water, or other cooling items
Please note that wheelchair seating at Goyang Sports Complex may have partially obstructed views due to fixed safety railings. Depending on your wheelchair height, visibility may vary. You are welcome to bring a personal cushion or seat pad if needed for better viewing comfort.

6. Prohibited Items Within the Venue

Please note the following items are not allowed inside the venue:
Items of large size or volume, such as suitcases(bags larger than A3 size) and long umbrellas
Food and beverages excluding water
Cans, glass bottles, hard plastic cups etc.
Items that can cause threat to others (e.g., flags, selfie sticks etc.)
